"What a gorgeous place to stay and the majority of the staff were what customer service quality is all about. Reception staff faultless, helpful and friendly Waiting/bar staff fantastic. Did have a couple of minor issues whilst there which were sorted out by the lovely staff we encountered, however, one particular restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful. Luckily the rest of the staff made up for her ineptitude and the issue she refused to deal with was sorted by others. Definitely will be back. "

Not sure if it was an air freshener but it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Good choice at breakfast and was nice to use the pool and facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. "

Everything works well, breakfast was very good, staffs were helpful and polite, the hotel is conveniently located, had a brilliant sleep and our room was big and spacious, and not to mention the fact the the entire place was really clean throughout."
