"We stayed here for Easter break with our kids, ages 9, 7 and 4 and it was perfect. It is super close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and quick basic groceries within walking distance. It was chilly this time of year, but our kids still love the beach and it was beautiful. This house has so much space! It was super clean and had all the amenities that would be perfect for a longer stay. The garden and seating outside was was great for our kids and just beautiful. Would not hesitate...

"There was plenty of room for our party of 5 couple. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were some excellent restaurant five minute walk from the house. It is a very quiet area. The beach close by has some rocks. We didn't find the beautiful beach which was a 20minute walk from the house until the last day. We had a wonderful time."

"We are a couple who spent a week in Mallorca in April. We did not know anything about Ca'n Picafort before arrival but it is a pleasant town with a nice beach and some good restaurants and bars, although some were not open for the season yet. This self-catering apartment on the first floor was great for our needs. It has great facilities for a one week stay, you can cook food on the hob and/or microwave, and even do laundry and dry it on the roof of the block.The host, Lina, was very welcoming...

Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."
