"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular...

"Uma ótima experiência. Ficamos na suíte jr em frente ao mar e próx as duas piscinas. Só os restaurantes principais que ficavam longe. Limpeza do quarto foi excepcional, comida gostosa e diversa. O entretenimento muito bom, padrão Cancún. Achei que o tratamento deveria ser mais VIP pelo preço pago. Única critica foi para a troca de talheres. Voltaremos!"

Café da manhã e acarajé no almoço excelentes Porém jantar, bem abaixo do esperado, o básico do básico e bem repetitivo Eu esperava comer ao menos um dia estando na Bahia um filet de peixe grelhado ou empanado Porém só o básico foi oferecido. "I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all. "
