"The room was a little small and could have had more outlets (obviously from being such an old building). However, the staff and amenities were definitely the star of this establishment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and wore adorable outfits. We arrived early and left late and were allowed to wait in the “living room” area upstairs and help ourselves to tea/snacks. The included continental breakfast was very nice and had quite a wide array of options and was accompanied by live music....

"Lovely property in a lovely location, 15min walk downhill to the main squares. Out of the way enough to be quiet, but close enough that only feet are required for transportation. Air conditioning works great as well!"

Could be slightly loud if on first floor as can hear outside streets however the room was very large with two TV, kitchen, all kitchenware and would definitely recommend!"

O café da manhã é bastante completo e a localização é EXCELENTE, ao lado da estação do metrô rossio e restauradores, é possível visitar bastantes pontos turísticos a pé. "Everyone at the staff has been very helpful to me. They made arrangements for me to extend my stay even under somewhat difficult conditions. I’m a happy guy and I like the location is central and you can get to the bus terminal the cable car and the old city with no problem. Mike"

"Very clean and affordable, walking distance to many attractions of interest. Staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in an 8 person dorm with shared bathroom and the facilities were very clean and safe. Rooms were set up so that each person also had privacy as well. Near restaurants and grocery shops, and metro. "
