Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. "Perfect hotel for those who want/need to stay by the main station. Staff service was excellent, very accommodating of my large group’s requests. The rooms were surprisingly big. There is a lovely terrace on the 7th floor, with great views of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. Metro station and major bus routes just steps away from the front door."

"I stayed in Room #310 for 5 nites (in the heart of Piazza Garibaldi). Excellent location to train, Metro & buses, including Alibus stop direct to airport. Many cafés & street food kiosks nearby along with excellent restaurants & pizzerias. Staff incredibly accommodating, especially Damiana & Giovanni. From my street side balcony, I could see Vesuvius (especially enchanting at sunrise). My second time staying at B&B in 3 years."
