"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. Overall definitely will recommend to stay, if you don’t own a car, there is always electric bicycles around so you can easily get to the city center enjoying the ride."

"La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. Para solo dormir esta bien."

"I liked Gialel Pisa very much. The hotel is located on two floors of a condominium building, with an elevator, in the historical part of the downtown. It is surrounded by University of Pisa buildings and also on a main street leading to the Piazza del Duomo where all the major sites of Pisa are located. "Good sized room and bathroom. Could be cleaner - there was alot of flies squashed on the white walls. Not very good communication from host - was waiting outside the building for them to send self check in details. Not what you want affer travelling. "We had a difficult time locating this- probably because of my GPS but then it’s a split building and the other half is vacant or being remodeled so we thought this was a scam. But it was legit. Fabio and his wife were very friendly! Gave us a map and directions and a coupon for a bar next to the tower where we had a beautiful breakfast. You can see the tower from the apartment. Which was large and modern. There is a very tight spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the apartment. But...

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
