"Staff is always available and excellent Bad smell in my room they offered to move us. We had two nights left and didn’t want to bother. They tried to fix the problem. I’m guessing it is a bad drain. "

"Our excellent experience started the second we entered this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and funny! She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were early for check in so they took our luggage for us and then showed us exactly where to go to grab delicious pastries! Then we received a text that our rooms were ready 2 hours before check in! Awesome! The hotel itself is in an excellent location, near the Louvre, Seine River, so many restaurants and shops. It was incredibly clean and updated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel welcome every second we were there. I travel a lot and this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!!"
