"Solo traveler. I enjoyed the property & its cleanliness. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were all very friendly & helpful ! The only concern was issues with the air conditioning at times but a fan was provided so it wasn’t too bad. Overall I felt safe, comfortable & would stay here the next time I am in London !"

The area is one of my most favorite in London - walking distance to number of train stations, London Tower, Tower Bridge, financial center, St Paul Cathedral (a bit far but i love walking), nice walk along the river, a little grocery shop in the area, number of restaurants. "Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean. I like that there is a washing machine in the room - they gave 2 complimentary tablets for washing clothes. I also like that the mini fridge has a small freezer compartment too. "The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. I am thrilled to say that our 2-bedroom apartment was huge by London standards. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable.
