Upon arrival, I was informed that the king suite that I booked was no longer available because there were no king “pet rooms”available with a king suite so we were put into a double queen and I had no other option to take that so that’s what we went with. The lady we spoke with was very nice and professional about it, but you know if I book a room I expect that room to be available. The room and the hotel itself was extremely clean, but they had issues with the drainage in the shower and bathroom sink, and there was a short in one of the electrical lights by the bed that shocked my husband with legit 12volts. Breakfast was also not good subpar at best. New hotel, and convenient right off the interstate, but needs some maintenance work done in the rooms.
