"This was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Your North building (apartments) have a significant sanitation issue, and possibly a sewer management issue as well. The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option.
