"Everything was great except, they told me I would need to kennel my daughter's ESA. Upon entering the room, there was a few pieces of broken glass on the floor, one of them I found by stepping on it. There were false eyelashes and toenail clippings everywhere in the bedroom. Under the bed was very dirty, the exhaust vent in the bathroom had a ton of dust build up, shower door leaked to the point there was a flood on the floor after a 10 minute shower.
