"This is a beautiful renovated Riad in the medina of Meknes. The location is great and close to one of the main squares as well as to many of the Meknes attractions, restaurants, and taxi stands. It would have been helpful to have a map prior to arrival, as ultimately a local shopkeeper showed us the way to the (unmarked) Riad. "Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!"
