We always check the air filters. They often are filthy. Not a problem here. Very clean, pleasant staff. Wall paper is peeling off a little, but for us the important thing was cleanliness and comfort.

Great place to stay while in southern NH! Nice quiet rooms, great location and very convenient to access I-93. Staff was nice and we came a day earlier and we were able to stay in another room. However it took us too long to get in our 3 nite stay room the next day!
