"Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange...

"We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service"
