"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. "The room and location were good. However there was a storm which resulted in no electricity or running water due to the pump being electric. Ana the member of staff was helpful and helped us locate another hotel near by 15 minutes away. However we had to then pay 183,98 euros which I hope to recover the difference paid. Som Espanya had other hotels locations near by but they were full."
