Housekeeping is bad. They don’t clean. They just change the garbage and replace towels. If you have family with kids. This is not the place to stay. Also if you have a long stay they disable your keys everyday and you have to go the front desk to get them enabled. All they say is that “ we don’t know what happened” let me fix it for you. Did that for 5 days I stayed there. The area is good but the management is not.

I like the area and staff very friendly. Room was nice but cofee maker was slow or needed replacement. Bathroom needs better ventelation like air vent. Overall good would come again spacious room.

The room itself was great and clean. Staff were kind and responsive. The hot tub and pool were disgusting. There was a large amount of bacterial foam in the hot tub and the pool had a funky smell without chlorine! Very dissatisfied with that area of the hotel!

Fascinating experience! It’s not a walk in the park to find such gem in LA, but this hotel is one of the best options! Free breakfasts, parking, cleanliness, excellent amenities, pet friendly… Definitely, will come back again!

We had an issue with a weird banging at 4:30am - 5:30am (rm626) each day we were there. It was a very consistant noise that woke us up each day very early. I sounded like it was coming from inside the walls when someone would be showering. It was 3 consistant knocking. I advised the front desk but said since I booked with expedia I would have to take the issue up with them. Our housekeeper was very nice and breakfast staff and gentleman who came and advised us they turned the boiler on due to not having hot water the first night.

Had a great stay, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious and updated. Most of all quiet. The downside tho and not to blame the hotel arrived during a college swim meet. Breakfast was out of the question. Couldn’t handle the noise. The food was gone by 8am along with bowls. So no shot of even cereal. Nothing got replaced. So that was a bummer.

So cozy and perfect for my family , they have an indoor pool it’s super warm , so relaxing ! Front people are so easy going and so sweet , I love that they recommend places to go eat ! Room was big and roomy . check in process was super easy and check out Even easier !
