Nice Hotel near Hyde Park, London tubes, and bus routes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Shower had good pressure. Small in comparison to a typical hotel room in the US- but normal for what we would expect in London. Would Stay again!

I think the insulation of the wall were so bad, the guest of next room, when they were taking shower, we heard the sound! So if you need to go toilet in the middle of the night, we won’t flush the toilet

Staff was so incredibly nice! Location is gorgeous and the rooms are the best we have stayed at in London. Spacious, air conditioning, larger bathrooms, etc. Definitely will be staying here when I come back to London.

The room was “clean” but there were stains on the seats as well as the rugs. And the bathroom walls there were just dirt around. Needs some tlc. Also breakfast was left to be desired. And they wouldn’t call taxi for me? I stayed at thistle in Piccadilly and they helped me with that and had it setup the next morning. I’ve never been in London so it was helpful. I stayed here and Paris and then earlier in trip the other thistle.

No coffee, phone, microwave, refrigerator in room. Elevators only held 3 people, or 2 with luggage. Could not even get coffee unless you purchased the complete buffet for 20 pounds.
