The elevators were slow and not programed correctly. Of the three elevators only the middle one seemed to work plus there was no service elevator so had to share with the cleaning crew. Location is great and staff was helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Hourseguards Hotel! It was so Beautiful in the hotel and our room was facing a garden with a view of the London Eye. It was with in walking distance to Big Ben Parliament and other Amazing Sites to see. There is the HOHO buses nearby and restaurants. The Hotel has people with nearby suggestions and the service was Top Notch. We would Stay here again anytime in London. Great Memories. May 27th 2024 The Andrade’s

Overall a lovely property but tired in areas. Staff at reception lovely & polite but no welcome/ introduction to bar areas or hospitality. Something just generally lacking from what you expect from a 5 star property. Room pleasant enough but not special & we had to change because overhead shower & TV didn’t work. Breakfast was excellent.
