Our family room as ideal for the 4 of us, very clean, excellent facilities and nice to have a separate entrance for the hotel so we didn't have to trail through the pub. About a 15 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, so pretty nicely located and 5 minutes from Bank Underground Station to get out and about in London. "Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. But stairways were steep and narrow. Being on 3rd floor with no elevator was hard on us with bad knees and COPD. Would use again next time in area but would request a lower room"
