This fabulous apartment is ideal for the universitys and hospitals . Great for business people, families , friends or a romantic break . The city centre is only moments away with its shops, bars, restaurants and our famous markets. Discover the history exploring the splendid architecture, museums, space centre, parks, cathedral or visit our famous King Richard .
The space
This suite is spacious and luxurious. Both the lounge and bedroom opens onto a fabulous balcony with river and city views . King size bed in bedroom and sofa bed in lounge . The whole apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard.
Guest access
Access to the suite is a code and a key safe.
Other things to note
This apartment is perfect for 2 or 4 people. We have a king bed in the main bedroom and 42in tv . A new , comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.

Fab apartment & great location!
Fab apartment, great location & practically everything in there you could think of! Lovely & clean, spacious & the lights on the balcony add a lovely touch when sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine. Parking space is a massive bonus with being in the centre, as parked the car up & never moved it till we were due to come home. If I had to pick at one thing, it would be that there is no freezer compartment in the fridge, so we couldn’t have any ice in our drinks, which was a bit disappointing but no biggie compared to how good everything else was. Highly recommend & will definitely visit again!
