We are staying in sky raised hotel room is really old not cleaning properly. Bathroom and shower don’t have proper water pressure. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shabby comes to mind...with a layer of grime. There were stains on the bedspread, the carpet was crunchy and at one point I stuck to it barefooted. The shower curtain was torn and the clock did not work. Our shower faucet never really stopped running. I could hear my neighbor's full conversations through the walls. They bring in the crowds, if only they could use some of their funds to thoroughly clean the rooms, it wouldn't be so bad. As it is, it's a surface clean. I didn't check for bed bugs, but maybe I should have.

This is a very outdated property, pool is a long ways from the main building, everything was extremely over priced compared to other locations we visited. Only positive was that the beds were comfortable

I will never use nor recommend Circus Circus ever again. The absolute worst experience I’ve had in all my years of travel. Room was filthy with actual dirt & crumbs everywhere including on the furniture. The carpet was stained with what looked like blood. The water in the shower dripped loudly the entire time. The room was on the end & there were random noises that kept us awake all night long. Not noise from the neighbors, but seemingly inside of the walls. There was no hot water. The place looked as if the last update was at least 20 years ago. The pool area closed at 6pm & at no time were we informed of this until the teenagers on duty rudely told us to “get out immediately.” Kids eating in the sauna. The safe didn’t work. At no time were we told that they would not service our room & at least provide clean towels until calling housekeeping and rudely being told that we should have called & requested service & that we absolutely were informed when I can guarantee that it was never mentioned. By the time they simply brought the towels, we missed the pool time. Lastly & the most important issue was that on the day of checkout, which is supposed to be at 11am, housekeeping entered the room at 10am as I was standing completely in the nude after showering. She knocked & announced herself AFTER the door was wide open and I was exposed to her and anyone else who may have been in the hallway. I have pics & videos most of the ordeal. More to say no room left to type. Very angry!!!
