On this trip staff May 17 staff took their sheets from room never brought it back, and accuse me of stealing. If this is not handled i will be looking at legal aid because this is discrimination.

On May 17, 2024 House Keeping came when i was not in the room, took their sheets, ( i brought my own blanket thats why theirs was in a corner) left the towels on the AC and never came to clean the room. That day i went to office and made a complaint about dirty room and how sheets are missing from the corner….. Now staff is accusing me of stealing sheets and placing me on do not book list.

This property is completely completely inconvenient and non-receptacle to its customers it does not adapt to anything. The customer needs. It has its own special way of doing things and it does not help the customer and in anyway it is not customer service oriented. They are very rude and disrespectful. They have no idea that a customer is what pays their bills and they don’t care, they treat everybody like crap and I don’t like this business anymore. It’s the most worst place I ever stayed in my life.
