"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."

"This hotel was great. The only thing I will mention is the shower. The way it is set up a good amount of water goes out of the shower. Other than that, the experience was great. We had a few hours after our check out for our flight and they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel. There was also a security guard after 11 pm at the door which made it feel more safe. "

Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. "Pleasantly surprised by quality of accommodation - think it better than the star indicator suggests. The exterior of building looks tired and lift doesn’t work, which probably accounts for this. Other than that, the rooms were very up-to-date and clean. Few snags here and there, but great value. Staff were attentive and service-orientated."
