"Close to transportation, shops, restaurants. Very helpful staff.
Building needs lots of maintenance like elevator doors makes noise, curtains falling from their rail, some different smell in the room."
"Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards.
Alert note be careful with department store called BOYNER as you turn your head around staff add random items bill my was...
"Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service. "
"Really nice cozy hostel in a beautiful part of Istanbul (Moda) close to parks and nature. The hostel has a nice cafe and a friendly staff, and the bed was comfortable. "
"Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "

"Suadiye hotel is one of the best hotels on the Asian side of Istanbul due to its location. The breakfast is open buffet and of very good quality. The staff at the reception are very nice and a significant number of them are young people. However, the employees working as bellboys have been the same for years and unfortunately they are older than they should be and they are not very respectful. We know that there is a taxi problem in Istanbul. It is obvious that these bellboy employees are working under contract with some taxis. When you tell customers to call a taxi, they insistently ask where you are going and act accordingly. The hotel management needs to fix this."

"We stay here regularly as the hotel and the organisation are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, I needed to work whilst here and they have been very supportive of getting me set up so I’m comfortable whilst working.
Area is spot on for everything!"
