"The friendly staff and well appointed room"

"Convenient location on nc500. Good parking. 3 restaurants. Good food. Room newly refurbished to very comfortable standard. Just a shame with view from window. Website does say all have views all i could see was a view of the bins and banquee tents. Apart from this room very comfortable bed even so. Need to order breakfast in advance before 8pm the night before.Dont make the mistake i did of ordering starter and main. Portions are large. I could only manage half of main after the starter....

"Really easy check in. Stunning clean room and excellent value for money. The off-street parking is right beside the property and easy to find. The kitchen area with air fryer and microwave was really useful too. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I’m ever in Wick again. Our room was also so quiet we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Thank you so so much! "

"The hotel appearance is consistent with the rest of the city. Wick is a bit dirty and industrial. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and food at the hotel was very good. We traveled to Wick for the coastline long hikes and that did not disappoint. The hikes were amazing and worth the effort to travel this far north."

"We actually got moved to the Norseman Hotel as We felt the approach to the property was not the best as loads of pot holes in the road. The property looked like it had been a nursing home, it needed some landscaping outside we felt the security was not good as the main door which was not signposted was open and the room that we were given was unlocked and the door looked like it had had a letter box which was boarded up. The room was clean and tidy but it looked as if nobody was there to help as...
