"Pros:
In general great staff (especially housekeeping and restaurant)
Great food and drinks
Very good kids club
Water sports facilities top notch
Great theatre and shows
Cons:
Pedicure wasn't worth the money
Staff at spa area and service center was sometimes a bit stroppy and not very helpful (especially when we asked about swimming lessons)"
"Lots of pools, nice bars. Needed to be more evening entertainment - was only on a few days.
Need more English channels especially a news channel, maybe some of Smart TV"

"Great experience. Hotel is in a very nice location on the beach with no road in between. Great view from our room
The staff is very friendly. Great food also. "

"Beautiful setting, pools gorgeous, clean comfortable rooms. Food excellent and friendly staff. Entertainers put a lot of effort into the entertainment they provide. Would definitely come back to this hotel in travelling to the south of Fuerteventura again."

"Food was wide ranging and of an excellent standard at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very small glasses for beer in the evenings are a source of frustration as is the constant need to login to Wi-fi. Hotel looks to have been refurbished in fairly recent past though not all of it has been done successfully e.g. bathrooms look great though mirrors are clearly old and worn with floor tiles in reception cracked and broken.
Great value out of season holiday.
Hotel has many steps/stairs though there are lifts - not all of which work all of the time.
Well located with the main shops and beach only a short walk away."
