"I booked this property as part of a 2 week break to visit the Scottish highlands, the hotel is conveniently located next to Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Alps which was perfect for to try some long Hiking routes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was large and spacious with a nice bath. "

"Stayed one night at Duck Bay and it was very good. The room was nice but for a deluxe price it prob wasnt worth the extra money. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. We told reception on checkout and they said they would replace the pillows. Nice view of the loch but weather was too wet to use the small patio. Staff were very nice, food was lovely both at dinner and at breakfast. I would stay again but not bother upgrading my room."

"The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection."

"A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair."
