"Staff were friendly and helpful some rooms were a little tiered as I ended up saying a extra night so had to rebook and change room breakfast was the best thought it let the hotel down as the bacon was smoked not everyone’s choice, potatoes where soggy as sweeting in the hot plate warmer, scrambled egg was just wet mosh and no flavour. One positive is they serve breakfast early, "

"Loved the building along with the fitness suite. Staff very helpful. Good range of breakfasts. Walking distance to restaurants etc... Would happily stay there again. Who said its grim up north ! The people are lovely ! "

"Great hotel, stayed here many times due to work. Only complaint is the soup served in the restaurant was the same kind for four days running, I personally would have liked other options, but apart from that very happy with my stay and the gym was also great."
