"A very good hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we booked was spacious and had two queen beds which we found quite comfortable. The fridge is stocked up daily with two bottles of mineral water as well as the usual teas, coffees and biscuits. Our only gripe with the room was the TV, the preset volume limit is so low that we could hear from literally a foot away. "Hampstead is lovely. The place isn’t fancy but I didn’t need fancy. Easy walk to tube, lovely neighborhood, friendly staff. "

"Very safe and clean experience- friendly welcome for reception desk every time I passed. Private curtains around bed plus huge storage drawer underneath that held my entire rucksack! Showers clean, hot and powerful. Lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and loads more choice in pleasant area. Recycling points everywhere. Lots of space in room. Women only room plus next door toilets/showers. Lovely hostel, the best I've stayed in!"

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). "For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
