"Last minute booking as Hotels.com had double booked me and was stranded after driving 2 hours to get to original booking. Healing Manor is a character building which has all that you need with a restaurant, bar area and nice garden area...i do question the '36 Acre' manicured gardens statement as this is limited to outside the restaurant area unless clambering around the overgrown areas by the pond area is part of this. "Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent although some fresh fruit would have been good Our room was next to the boiler or heating equipment which we heard all night it would cut in and out so would ask for a different room next time"
