"Very disappointed when we first arrived looks like the decorating was done by a blind man all mix and match.the whole place needs a damn good clean thought we had moved into step toes yard .electrics unsafe bodged wiring .no wash basin shower area filthy .single mattresses hadn’t been checked stained and smelly (urine) whole floor area needs replacing due to bad fitting .patio doors were tapped and big lock and chain as the doors were broke .site manager unaware it has been rented out.they...

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. "The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning."
