"Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. "Used this hotel for an event near the hotel. Its overlooks the coast and a few minutes walk to town. Cant fault the staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was really nice and the restaurant served evening meals if you wanted to eat in. Down side, yes sorry.... heating was on constantly , so windows were open all day and night as the thermostate on one of the radiators by the bed didnt work so we were unable to turn that radiator off. "Brilliant stay . One tiny issue with the radiator not going off but even though it was 10.30 pm the chap on reception came straight up and sorted it for us . Breakfast was delicious and service very friendly . Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be returning. "
