"Hotel was very close to Gatwick Airport. Arrived at hotel via the metro bus which stopped about .3 mile from hotel. Also, close to train station into London. Paid extra to have the breakfast which was a good selection of food…a traditional English breakfast. Hotel was clean & in a safe area."

"Really friendly check in staff. Room was really spacious with a fridge. Nice bar and patio area (albeit overlooking a main road). A few bits could be improved; soap dispensers weren't clean and a bit dusty all round, but would stay again. "

"Although we booked an accessible room, which was very comfortable and extremely spacious, it didn't have a walk in shower, but a shower over bath, awkward but usable. The small refrigerator for drinks in the room was very handy. The Temple bar restaurant wasn't open in the evenings during our stay, so there was no carvery on offer, the Zafari bar and grill was available and we enjoyed the meals we had there. The breakfast choice was very good, standard fare. The time we were there wasn't particularly busy, but I think maybe when it is busy, it will be quite noisy everywhere, but then it's a theme park hotel aimed at families and kids. There are 3 floors accessible by stairs or 2 quite small lifts, each one can fit a couple of people and kids and a buggy, which, when busy, can be a little frustrating to wait for. The free WiFi although handy, does drop out a lot and requires constant signing in. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We stayed here as we had an early morning flight. Very convenient with it being connected directly to the airport. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are fantastic, very friendly!"

"Stayed because of a flight out the next day. Was pleasantly surprised we had a flight in and arrived at 10 AM. They found us a room and checked us right in! We appreciated that! Food and drinks at the restaurant was great and the breakfast the next morning was perfect!"
