"The staff here are so kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate any request that I had.
Upon arrival, the toilet in our room would not flush and needed to be filled with water in the tank. But after a day it fixed itself. The only thing I hated was that the walls were kind of thin and can hear others sometimes.
But this hotel is in a great location near bourbon st and the french quarter and got us around to everywhere we wanted to go and see just by walking. Will visit again!"

"I really appreciated how convenient the area was we didn’t have to do much driving because there was a lot to see within the French Quarter & the trolly took us pretty far for a little of nothing."

"My friend (whom I’ve known since kindergarten!) and I recently met up in NOLA for a long weekend. We’re not the partying type, we just wanted to be able to conveniently walk the Quarter from our hotel and have access to a bit of everything while catching up. Hotel Provincial was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was quiet but within walking distance to so many things, the room itself was lovely, and the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. We both said we would definitely stay there again! (Nearby yummy coffee tip: Molly at the front desk suggested Croissant D’Or around the corner and it did not disappoint. The coffee was amazing. Oh, and ask for the bacon, egg and cheese on a baguette…it’ll change your life. 😊)"
