The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the location of the hotel, near the seafront sights (the Mary Rose museum, Nelson's flagship Victory, etc) and the ferry ports. So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board...
