"The room was clean and comfortable but the building is in need of refurbishment. With a substantial amount of money this could be a fantastic venue .it has loads of potential"

"The hotel is fantastic! Well located and just so charming inside and out. Great service and amenities! Highly recommend if you are staying in Oxford, every thing is close by with a bus stop around the corner which we used to visit Blenheim. The train station is also only a 10 min. "

"Property was nice, we stayed as a family of 3, this made the room v small with the sofabed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast choice was great - something for everyone.
The cramped feeling in thrbroom wasnt really an issue for us as we were only in room at night, but for others, esp with more than 1 child may find it cramped.
The only downside was the shops/eateries next door, we went for a walk around the retail park in the morning and there was broken glass beer bottles all over the pavement both mornings (the same glass, so not cleqned up). I know this isnt the hotels responsibility but it detracts from where they are.
Would recommend the hotel and will ise again if nearby. "
