"We liked this hotel for its location and cleanliness and friendly staff. We reserved 3 rooms for 5 of us so we had ample space. I was personally put in a weird bunk bed room that I didn’t reserve ( so definitely not a VIP upgrade which I’m entitled to). My kids were in very large doubles which I was also supposed to have alone. While getting dressed 3 kids in their 20s walked in on me half naked…THEY were supposed to have the bunk room! It was very embarrassing. But I guess mistakes are made....

"First time stay in a Staycity aparthotel and we loved it. Superb level of cleanliness and staff on reception desk were always super helpfull. We had expected to eat out a lot but having the microwave and fridge facilities we often brought food back for simple suppers, not to mention breakfasts too. Great location for both North and South sides of the river. Area surrounding the Hotel is a bit run down but Capel street is entertaining, it certainly has a full spectrum of shops, bars and restaurants, a lively place. "
