The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again. "Parkgate Hotel is a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly. Food is amazing. Hotel room is far better than expected from photos. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Hotel is 5 mins from station / bars & restaurants and shops. Will definitely be going back !!!"

On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. Special mention to the Starbucks staff who greeted us with a warm friendliness on the two occasions we visited. Overall excellent hotel. "
