"The physical infrastructure of this hotel is in okay shape (but not great shape). Where the hotel really disappoints is in service. The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. Our check-in process was confusing, where they found my name and booking in their system, and then 5 minutes later asked me if I was sure that I booked at Araliya Green Hills. "The staff here go above and beyond, the ‘glamping’ experience was great. Food was really nice but quite expensive. The safari company run joint with the camp was amazing and extremely well run. The downside to this accommodation is that I would say it is only accessible via tuk tuk or car it’s not in walking distance to shops / other restaurants. "

"They need a lot of maintenance an improvement, and the rooms are felled of ants and mosquitoes and geckos. The only good thing is the restaurant manager and the swimming pool specialist."

"The hotel over looked the lakes so you needed a tuk tuk when you went out but hotel staff arranged it for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful I would go back again if i stayed in Kandy "

"We just spent a few nights here. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Where this hotel really shines is the service. The staff went well out of their way to accommodate us and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was amazing and provided far more food than we imagined and packed leftovers for us which also became our lunch. On the day we left we were leaving early, when they found out we would be missing breakfast we were offered a packed lunch instead which was also delicious. This hotel exceeded expectations! Would certainly recommend."
