Long and difficult time getting someone there to check us in. They lied to us about having a lift, which was in issue for me carrying luggage up stairs after recent shoulder surgery. When they say free parking they mean - try to find a place on the street somewhere in the area. We had to park a long distance from the hotel as the city streets are crowded...
