"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It it very luxurious and staff is extremely friendly. We booked a large room and ended up getting a Hello Kitty family room =D I believe there is only one of them in the hotel, so It was so amusing we didn't even bother to change rooms. Early in the morning we were trying to get a taxi to the train station and racism were not responding to our ride request so the bell hope ended up driving us. Amazing service! Fly recommend this hotel!"

The Sauna didn't work and to add insult to injury... the TV in the our room didn't work! Staff on the whole wery helpful and friendly but ofcourse could not do anything about the maintenance and general wear and tear."
