"Everything was excellent except for the guy that was doing the check out he is not gentle bad attitude and grumpy he doesn’t love what he is doing he should be cleaning the restroom that way he appreciates his position."

"The staff were very friendly. Food was just okay, most of the restaurants seemed to have a very similar menus. Room service menu is bland. Property was beautiful, outside pool staffa and service was great. Entertaining shows, the entertainment staff do a fabulous job. Drinks are very good."

"Without a doubt this was one of the best experiences I’ve had! Facility was clean, the all-inclusive part was the best! We could eat at any time of the day and there were various options to dine in. Staff was extremely friendly and polite and they always went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay there! Would definitely recommend!"

"Love the shopping convenience of the property. Customer service was great overall. Didn’t like the offerings of the time share salespeople and a $20 deposit. Overall loved the property and offerings. If the timeshares people offered better discounts and perks I would have taken the time to consider becoming a member. "
