"Grange Beauchamp will be our go to hotel in London for excellent service, comfortable rooms and fantastic location. It is a little but outdated in electrical and technological efficiency. Wi-fi was sluggish. Otherwise and excellent stay! "

"We wanted a location close to the town centre and you can't get much closer than this. We were also fortunate to get free parking in one of the few spaces just outside the main entrance although I believe there is convenient and reasonably priced parking nearby. Whilst not very modern, the hotel was in good repair, clean and tidy throughout and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and a genuine pleasure ... made us feel welcome. "The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a...
