"We chose the Easyhotel for our 1 night stop over in Dublin because it was in close proximity to the Guinness & Jameson experiences. The staff were very friendly & the entrance area was welcoming. "We liked this hotel for its location and cleanliness and friendly staff. We reserved 3 rooms for 5 of us so we had ample space. I was personally put in a weird bunk bed room that I didn’t reserve ( so definitely not a VIP upgrade which I’m entitled to). My kids were in very large doubles which I was also supposed to have alone. While getting dressed 3 kids in their 20s walked in on me half naked…THEY were supposed to have the bunk room! It was very embarrassing. But I guess mistakes are made....
