"Liked the room and the view from it. Didnt like the plastic flowers in public areas - It wouldnt have cost much to have had some real daffodils and spring flowers. The plastic flowers really degraded a fine old building and really lowered the standard!"

"This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in it was so peaceful and the house felt cosy. It had everything you could think of or need. Some lovely villages round it . I would definitely stay there again and recommend it."

16 Sep 2019Great little town with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries. The Grand Venue was a super concert venue with good acoustics. We will be visiting again soon to explore the castle and to eat at Holmes Mill.
