"When we arrived my husband and I were shocked as there was no parking at the hotel. We had to pay to unload and then had a five minute walk from the hotel to the car park. It is totally unsatisfactory that elderly people have to carry their luggage to and from a car such a distance from the hotel. There were no porters and no help within the hotel for the few steps we had to negotiate on the way to the room. The room smelt as if someone had been smoking in it and it was very cold and the heating...
"Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. Pillows were uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room. However, overall I would recommend and stay again "
