We were in the building across from the main building with Reception. The wall paper was peeling and the toilet was running (constantly and badly)

Unknown to me, this property is not in a good part of town and is used for homeless living. The property was boarded up in places/accesses blocked, supposedly under renovation..the air/heat didnt work in my room

The hotel has 2 building each on right/left side of Grafton. We checked in at the main building and asked to go the second building across the street where parking space (dark with no light)are at the back and customer needs to go in from the front around the building with their luggages. Further, the included breakfast is continental with few choices and awful coffee and juice, and not as shown on Expedia's pages. In short, a cheap place.
