"We had such a wonderful time at The Bay Hotel. Upon check-in, concierge was kind enough to walk us through our cabana, ensuring we were comfortable. The room smelled amazing and was super clean. We enjoyed wine on the patio and enjoyed a few sunsets from it. The bar on site was lovely for a warm and cozy nightcap. Security always present on site by the entrance which was great. "There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"
