5/5 Excellent
Great location and great family room.
"We stayed in a family room on the top floor, which was a good size and had a lovely view of the cathedral. The pub is well located, it didn’t take us long to walk to the King’s mile shops and cathedral. It isn’t too far from the train station or Westgate park."
"Great location, and absolutely amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Entry may suggest place is a bit rundown, but this was not reflected in the room which was in very good condition."
"The hotel and grounds are beautiful, I think our room had recently been refurbished. Our room was near the top of the house, and just a word of warning, if you are less mobile there is no lift. However it wasn't an issue for us. Whilst the restaurant menu promises a lot the actual quality wasn't great. The staff were very friendly and attentive and I could imagine having a great chat with them if we had more time "
