Beds were comfy and all was good bar a lack of electric from the plugs on the top two floors which ruined my plan to spend the weekend in the jacuzzi bath! We didnt contact the owners as it caused us very little bother. There are approx 20 varied pubs within half a mile, heaven."

"This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room. "Right near the centre of Buxton and train station. Stayed the night, standard room, but grand entrance when arrive. Parking charge £5 pay at reception.staff friendly no issues."
